Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This project focused on transforming the crawl space into a cleaner, drier, and more secure part of the home. A durable liner system was installed and carefully sealed around footings, piers, and foundation walls to create a continuous barrier against moisture and outside air. A drainage layer was added beneath the liner to help manage ground seepage and provide long-term protection.

To improve energy efficiency, new insulation was installed along the foundation walls and in the rim joist areas, with all seams carefully sealed to reduce drafts and help maintain a more comfortable home.

An insulated crawl space access door was installed to better seal the entry point, while wire mesh was added wherever needed to help prevent rodents from entering the crawl space. Old materials were also removed and properly disposed of as part of the project.

The result is a cleaner, better-insulated, and well-protected crawl space that helps defend the home against moisture, pests, and energy loss for years to come.

This project focused on sealing and improving the crawl space while upgrading the overhang area. A full CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed and sealed along the bottom edge of the existing wall insulation to block moisture and improve air quality. A drainage mat was placed beneath the liner to manage ground seepage and create a durable, comfortable surface.

All wood surfaces were treated with a mould-control solution for added protection. In the overhang, old insulation was removed, the area was vacuumed and disinfected, and wire mesh was installed over any gaps or openings to help prevent rodent entry. The overhang was then re-insulated using SilverBoard rigid foam for better efficiency and long-term durability.

In this project, we focused on improving air quality, reducing moisture, and keeping the crawl space clean and well-protected. We installed a high-quality dehumidifier and air purifier to control humidity and filter the air, helping prevent mould and musty odours. All wood surfaces were treated to kill existing mould, and the crawl space was sealed with a durable liner and drainage matting to block ground moisture. We also wrapped the base of the piers for extra protection, cleaned the ducts and pipes, and removed any debris and cobwebs. With regular filter replacements and ongoing maintenance, this space will stay cleaner, healthier, and better protected for years to come.

This project focused on refreshing and sanitizing the crawl space. The area was thoroughly cleaned by wiping down heating ducts and sewer lines, removing spider webs, sweeping and clearing debris, and vacuuming the floor. To finish, the crawl space was treated with a mould-control spray to help prevent mould growth and keep the space clean and healthy.

This project focused on stopping water intrusion and protecting the crawl space from future moisture issues. The foundation crack was repaired using a pressure injection method to fully seal the area from the inside. A flexible wall repair system was then applied over the crack for added protection and a clean finished appearance. The area was cleaned thoroughly afterward, and any insulation removed during the process was reinstalled as needed.
