This project focused on repairing a leaking foundation crack and preventing water from finding its way back into the home. The crack was carefully prepared, and a flexible waterproof material was injected deep inside to seal the opening rather than simply covering the surface.
Once sealed, the repair was neatly finished with cement and tested from the exterior with water to make sure the leak was fully stopped. The area was then cleaned and vacuumed, and any existing rigid insulation was reinstalled as needed.
The result is a clean, properly sealed foundation crack that helps keep the basement dry and protected from future water intrusion.
This project focused on permanently stopping water from entering through a foundation crack. Small ports were installed along the crack, and a flexible resin was injected under pressure to fully seal it from the inside. Once sealed, the ports were removed, and the surface was finished neatly with fast-setting cement.
