Foundation repair with Carbon fiber

We’ve repaired the foundation to keep water out and ensure long-term stability. First, we seal pipe penetrations with durable resin and smooth them with concrete for a clean, watertight finish. Next, we fixed cracks inside the crawl space by injecting flexible resin to stop leaks, then reinforced them with carbon fiber for added strength. Finally, we address exterior foundation cracks by filling them with epoxy to bond the concrete and applying carbon fiber for structural reinforcement. These steps protect the home from water damage while strengthening its foundation.

Foundation Crack Repair and Mould Treatment in Surrey, BC

For this project, the homeowner had a crack in the foundation and signs of mould in the area. Our team took care of both issues to make the space dry, strong, and healthier.

First, we sealed the crack in the foundation to stop any water from leaking in. Then, we added strong support over the crack to help keep the wall stable and prevent future problems. After the repair, we put the insulation back in place.

We also added extra reinforcement to another crack inside the basement to make sure everything was secure.

To finish the job, we treated all wood and other natural surfaces in the area with a mold-killing solution. This helps get rid of mold and keeps the air in the basement fresher and healthier.

Now, the homeowner has peace of mind knowing their basement is dry, strong, and protected.

Stopping Leaks and Strengthening the Foundation in Pitt Meadows, BC

To stop water from coming through a foundation crack, we injected it with a high-pressure polyurethane resin. This creates a flexible seal that moves with the foundation and keeps water out. Then, we reinforced the area with a strong carbon fiber weave and epoxy to add long-lasting structural support.

Ceiling Crack Sealing in Vancouver

To stop water from leaking through the ceiling, we drilled small holes and injected a waterproof material into the cracks under high pressure. Once the cracks were fully sealed, we removed the injection points and cleaned up the area. Finally, we patched the surface with fast-drying cement to leave it neat and smooth.
