Creating a Dry, Healthy Crawl Space from the Ground Up in Surrey

This project focused on controlling moisture and creating a healthier environment beneath the home. A dehumidifier was installed on a dedicated stand to help maintain healthy humidity levels and improve air quality, with a new dedicated electrical outlet added to ensure reliable operation.

To protect the crawl space from ground moisture, a durable liner system was installed and carefully sealed around footings, piers, and foundation walls. A drainage layer was placed beneath the liner and extended up the walls to help manage ground seepage and provide long-lasting protection.

Together, these upgrades help keep the crawl space dry, cleaner, and better protected, reducing the risk of moisture-related issues while improving the overall comfort and health of the home.
