This project focused on permanently stopping water from entering through a foundation crack. Small ports were installed along the crack, and a flexible resin was injected under pressure to fully seal it from the inside. Once sealed, the ports were removed, and the surface was finished neatly with fast-setting cement.
The repair was then flood-tested from the outside to ensure it was completely watertight. The area was cleaned, vacuumed, and any insulation that had been removed was reinstalled as needed.
This repair helps prevent future leaks, protects the foundation, and comes with a 24-month warranty for added peace of mind.
