This project focused on restoring the crawl space after areas were affected by mould and rodent activity. Contaminated materials and old insulation were carefully removed and properly disposed of, and the concrete floor was thoroughly vacuumed to leave the space cleaner and ready for the next stage.
Once the clean-up was complete, new moisture-resistant insulation was installed along the foundation walls and rim joist areas. Seams and gaps were carefully sealed to reduce drafts and improve energy efficiency.
The result is a cleaner, safer, and better-insulated crawl space, helping improve the overall condition and comfort of the home.
