The whole thing from start to finish was handled very professionally, quickly and to our full satisfaction. The lads that installed were absolutely fantastic, I would not hesitate to recommend you 100%.

First of all I must say that all of my dealing with him have been very positive and pleasant. He arrives on time, is courteous, open to answering questions and is thorough. All of my dealings with everyone I have dealt with at BSV have been very positive. Kofi got the repairs completed today and cleaned up the standing water that was on top of the white membrane at the opposite end (east end) of the crawl space from where the sump was installed (west end). Jordan specified the location and he is very experienced. I agree!

Other companies suggested "fixes" that did not seem long term or cost efficient. I did not feel the would solve my situation in the end. I thought your encapsulation would fix my main problem plus give me storage space and a healthy environment for my home and its inhabitants.  I have been very happy with your staff, products and services so far.  Friendly professional help, thank you!

Steve was amazing! Steve is a consummate centered person, I love working with him. Wish we had him for our wall insulation.   The basement looks clean, bright and already smells better. We have noticed about a 4-5% difference in humidity already. This was the most concerning,, besides the smell, as it was hitting 60% and sometimes over in the living space. I'm looking forward to humidity stabilizing and the musty smell gone for good.   Dave and I feel so much more secure in the protection of our large reno investment with crawlspace being sealed up.   Thank you so much for being on top of our quotes and following up with us.
