Systems Designer - Construction / Home Improvement Sales

Lower Mainland, BC

This role is ideal for someone with construction, renovation, waterproofing, or concrete restoration experience who thrives in a performance-driven sales environment and enjoys building long-term relationships that generate consistent business.

This role is designed for high-performing sales professionals who are comfortable generating their own opportunities and earning high income through commission-based performance.

About the Role

As a Systems Designer, your primary focus will be on developing referral relationships and generating new business opportunities within the construction and real estate industries.

You will work directly with professionals such as:

·         Real Estate Agents

·         Home Inspectors

·         Property Managers

·         Property Owners

·         Engineers (Concrete Restoration sector)

Success in this role comes from building long-term partnerships that consistently generate project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

·         Build and maintain a strong referral network

·         Generate and manage your own sales opportunities

·         Conduct property inspections and structural assessments

·         Present customized repair and waterproofing solutions

·         Manage client relationships from first contact through project completion

·         Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs

·         Represent Basement Systems Vancouver professionally in the field

Work Environment

This is a work-from-home and field-based sales position. The successful candidate will manage their own schedule while meeting with clients and referral partners throughout the Lower Mainland.

Requirements include:

·         A reliable personal vehicle for travel to appointments and networking meetings

·         Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

·         Comfort working both in the field and from a home office

What We’re Looking For

·         Experience in construction, renovation, waterproofing, or concrete restoration

·         Proven ability to develop referral networks and B2B relationships

·         Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics

·         Confident communication and presentation skills

·         Ability to identify structural or renovation issues and propose solutions

·         Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills

·         Professional presence when working with industry partners
