This project focused on permanently repairing a leaking foundation crack while reinforcing the wall for long-term stability. The surface was carefully prepared by removing any paint to ensure a strong bond between the repair materials and the concrete.
The crack was then sealed by injecting a flexible polyurethane resin under high pressure, creating a waterproof barrier that helps prevent future leaks. To strengthen the repaired area, a carbon fiber reinforcement system was applied with structural epoxy, adding extra support and helping prevent the crack from reopening.
The result is a foundation that is both waterproofed and reinforced, providing long-lasting protection against water intrusion while helping preserve the structural integrity of the home.
