A Fresh Start for a Cleaner Crawl Space in Delta

This project focused on giving the crawl space a thorough cleaning to improve its overall condition. We removed loose debris, spider webs, and dust, while carefully wiping down the heating ducts and sewer lines. The entire area was then vacuumed to help remove fine particles and leave the space noticeably cleaner.

To address signs of rodent activity, all concrete surfaces were treated with a specialized germicide designed to sanitize affected areas and help reduce lingering odours.

The result is a cleaner, healthier crawl space that provides a better environment beneath the home and a solid foundation for any future upgrades.
