Every individual who I interacted with was very patient, respectful and made the experience very pleasant.
Excellent customer service focus with good voice for communicating with folk over the phone.
Ryan clarified the process and was very thorough. His knowledge & experience made his explanations very easy to follow. Hde treated my concerns with patience and understanding.
Chris & Walley arrived on time. Took the time to discuss the work with me and explain what was to be done. They were more than willing to hear out my concerns and take steps necssary to ensure I was at ease with the way the work would proceed.
No problems. All trash was efficiently & effectively dealt with & removed....best of all Walley dusted the floor after them on their way out the door.

First of all - advertising on CKNW radio. Next the professional look of your website. Next the care and patience & manner in which the initial call I made was responded to - phone answered quickly by an actual human person who was able to answer my questions. Next the representative who came to my home, Ryan, to look at what was needed was very personable and took the time necessary to explain everything thoroughly and listened to my concerns. Next the Crew, Chris & Walley made the experience very straightforward. They were easy to interact with and very hard working. Did a timely & excellent job, were considerate of how the noise may affect me. Lastly I wasn't sure about how to remit the final payment and a call to BSV easily resolved that to my satisfaction - Many thanks to Vanessa. All in all this was an experience I was dreading but everyone at BSV were delightful to work with, making this an extremely satisfying process.
