Discovered problem on Thursday and called BSV in afternoon. Service was set up for next day.
The BSV call representative was excellent. He rearranged a service techs schedule so that my problem could be attended to ASAP. THANK YOU
Service tech Kamil arrived promptly in the afternoon and determined that the 8 year old sump pump was the problem. He replaced the pump and carried out the annual service. and was finished in less than an hour. Great service THANK YOU.
DIagnose the problem quickly and fixed it.
