Since joining BSV, my role involves a lot of coordination, communication, and attention to detail, and I’m really good at it. I also enjoy the teamwork and environment here, it’s a great place to work with others. Additionally, I focus on reaching key performance targets, managing old quotes, and supporting the booking center by preparing and organizing pre-mailers in advance. I also monitor and follow up on older quotes to make sure nothing is overlooked.
In my previous jobs as a customer service representative and host, I had the chance to increase my skills in talking with customers, approaching them, and answering their questions and inquiries.
When I am out of work, I like to video chat with my family, watch series and movies, and spend time with my boyfriend.
