The plan language booklet explained everything I needed to know. The booklet and estimate with photos and drawngs was enough for our strata coloration to decide to more forward with Basment Solutions. And we have never been happier or more thankful.
We could not be happier. The product, service and installation have been superb.

I had done my research and Frank never once made me feel uncomfortable for asking tough questions and bother duct and price! He was knowledgeable and professional.
The crew was polite, on time, effecient and trustworthy.
All garbage was taken away by them. Not a trace was left behind.
What made you choose our company:
The customer service, the warrantee, and the product itself. The encapsulation solution made more sense than installing a "more active ventiliation system" (that would end up bring more Moist air in to an already damp crawl space).
