We have a dirt crawl space with a sump pump, but during heavy rains the house has a musty earthy odour. We would like a quote for encapsulation. Thanks!

We have a dirt floor crawl space with a few issues. The batt insulation was put in upside down with the vapor barrier facing down and it is falling down and should probably be replaced. The floor needs to be lifted and supported in a few spots. Also a sump pump should probably be installed. It is a small house (less than a 1000 sqft). Could you email me a quote on these general repairs?

I have a vented crawl space under my townhome in Port Coquitlam with dirt and plastic on the ground and concrete walls. I would like an estimate on the cost to waterproof/seal the crawl space. It's about 600 sqft and 3 feet high with force air ducts and plumbing between the joists. Thanks

There are 2 spots where the water comes in during the rainy season. One area is likely due to an access in the cement foundation for water pipes where the insulation has deteriated and is now porous, the other is the back corner of the house where the back stairs would need to be removed, or if something can be done on the inside wall, as it seems to be coming through pinholes in the wall, and maybe in the floor/wall joint at the bottom. I would need to be called first before arranging a time for analysis of the situation. Thank you Susanne

Wet spot on floor in front of basement fireplace

Water will seep through basement floor joints after heavy rain due to wrong drain tiles (without holes) installed by builder - as checked out through video inspection. I would like to know whether an internal drain system can handle it or it is more affordable than replacing the external tiles. Thanks

Hi BSV -- Our townhouse has a crawlspace with concrete floor and partial insulation on walls. The crawlspace has a strong odor which will be carried throughout the house when we use the furnace. Can you visit for a free inspection/consultation/estimate this week?
