Recently bought a 935 sq ft rancher style house (built in 1958)on Hurd in Mission, which has a dirt crawl space in two parts, newer and older part of house. One part not as accessible, one part with good access. Thought about maybe cementing crawlspace floor eventually after finishing main floor renos we are involved in now. then saw your ad in coupon book distributed in mail and would appreciate an assessment and quote. Have a great day.

Project Location: Mission, BC
We've got a leaking basement in the north-west corner. Water seems to be seeping in where the floor and wall meet - but it could be up through the cement floor. This is an old house - built in the 1920s.

My husband and I recently moved into our 800sq.ft. home. The house is an older one, and the 1/2 basement/crawl space is partially open to outside, and just dirt. This creates a dampness underneath. My husband suggested the spray foam insulation, and we were wondering about an estimate. thank you

Interested in learning more about the interior basement weeping tile systems and discuss average costs etc.
Project Location: Mission, BC
My house is located on a hill and I believe the drain tile on the high side of the house has collapsed. I have heard that installing a sump pump and/or an interior drain tile is cheaper and quicker than escavating the outside of the house. I am hoping to get a quote on just doing the back of the house.
